    ING Direct seems to be the popular option these days. I use them for all my short term savings goals. One rather obscure feature is the ability to create subaccounts - perfect if you have several short term savings goals that you want to easily manage in one place.. This is a simple hack that has made the rounds on many pf blogs. Google it.
